Course Overview

Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK experience a mental health problem each year. In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as anxiety, stress, depression) in any given week. Gain awareness of the impact of poor mental health on people’s lives, society and the workplace. Understand what mental wellbeing is and looks like and how to live well.
